Foundations of a High Performing Team - 2 hour Workshop

While at Google and The Boston Consulting Group, I've spent a lot of time researching the habits and behaviors of highly effective teams. Combining that research with my personal experience and lessons learned through years of executive coaching, in this workshop we will spend time uncovering the simple but groundbreaking commonalities in effective, high functioning teams. Great for all working professionals but especially for new managers! 

In this session, you will discover the role a leader plays in building an effective team that is grounded in psychological safety. Maybe you have been on teams that thrive and are effective. What made it that way for you? On the flipside, maybe you have been on teams that have been ineffective and aren't thriving. What made it that way for you? As a leader, we will navigate how you can support others in co-creating an environment where all can feel and believe that they can thrive. The course will involve a blend of dynamic discussion, learning about the foundations of an effective team, and how you can instill behaviors within your team that will create an environment more suitable to high performance and ultimately success.
